Montana Day

We went to a little gathering on Nov. 8th celebrating the day Montana became a state (we have a friend who is a bear biologist from Montana, he threw it, and yes I said bear biologist). We all wore flannel shirts, and then we watched Grizzly Man which if you haven't seen it, it's on Netflix and it's fascinating.
Basically it's about this weird guy who lived with bears for 13 summers in Alaska, and then one summer he and his girlfriend got eaten by a bear. Just watch the documentary, it wasn't that surprising... Anyways the bear biologist friend of ours happened to know one of the guys who went and recovered the "remains" of Timothy and his girlfriend and he has the pictures the coroner took. He's not allowed to give them out, but he showed them to us and honestly, it looked unreal. All they could really salvage was their heads, parts of their arms and legs, and some other... pieces. The pictures were gnarly but it was darkly fascinating.

I took this pic hence why I'm not in it. Oh and that's a polar bear skull, it was huge.

This is what it would look like if Brandon were being eaten by a polar bear.
Everyone watching Grizzly Man, trust me, it's a great documentary.
