A Wedding Weekend

Last weekend we went to Brandon's really good friend Dave's wedding! He married Amber who we love and the wedding was beautiful.

The night before, the 13th, we each went to their Bachelor/Bachelorette parties.

There were Swedish meatballs, chicken skewers, cucumber sandwiches, edamame, roasted veggies, and cookies in a certain (not so blog appropriate) shape.

Amber loves dinosaurs, these cupcake toppers were precious...

 

 So these little guys were tricky, in order to sugar-rim plastic cups, you have to make a simple syrup of sugar and water (you can google the measurements) and then dip the rims in that and then sugar. It ended up adorable! What other events can I make sugar rimmed cups for?...

The wedding & reception were on Dec. 14th (Friday) at Wadley Farms in Lindon. Amber's dress was stunning and Dave didn't look too shabby either. :)

 Brandon gave a funny yet heartwarming toast...

Their song was "Love Me Tender" sung by our friend Thayne who really has such a great voice, it was really sweet. 

As we were leaving someone handed me a centerpiece to take home! I was so excited about it. I broke it down into a few vases and put them around the house. Who doesn't love fresh flowers!?

We're so happy for the new Mr. and Mrs. Clark.

Now we're looking forward to CHRISTMAS! 

We leave for Vegas this Friday and we'll be there till the 30th, so Vegas friends- GET READY!
